The Arab Community Centre in Britain (ACC Britain) is a London-based non-profit founded by British Arabs dedicated to empowering Arab communities across the UK. Our mission is to support Arab migrants and residents—especially new arrivals—in building safe, fulfilling lives while maintaining cultural identity and pride.
Volunteer-led and community-driven, we provide practical support, cultural programmes, and inclusive spaces that respond to the real needs of Arab people in Britain. We connect Arabs from all backgrounds, promote belonging, and build bridges with wider British society.
Our work celebrates Arab heritage while tackling the daily challenges faced by migrants and vulnerable individuals.
We’ve proudly partnered with institutions like the Mayor of London, the GLA, local councils, the NHS, Groundwork London, and the VCS Emergencies Partnership.
As part of the Climate Connected Communities programme, we also engage Arab residents in sustainability and climate action
We believe in the power of culture, community, and self-expression. Our support includes help with housing, education, healthcare, legal advice, and employment.
We run inclusive events, storytelling initiatives, and creative programmes that uplift Arab identity, challenge stereotypes, and inspire the next generation.
Our future plans include launching a technology incubator to support Arab-led innovation, expanding documentation of Arab contributions in the UK, and growing a national support network.
ACC Britain envisions a society where Arab voices are valued, diversity is celebrated, and every Arab in Britain has the tools and support to thrive.
We want to spearhead the efforts aimed at empowering the Arab community in the UK.
To improve the lives of Arabs and Arab migrants in the UK by empowering them and promoting cultural exchange, tolerance, understanding, and respect between different communities.
